Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as your package has left our facility.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Method: We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery takes 6 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for all orders

Important Notes

  • Business Days: Our team processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Tracking: You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet these delivery windows, please note that factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or adverse weather) may occasionally cause longer transit times.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
